Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team at support@zephyrs.pk or WhatsApp: +923297860026.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged / Defective Product

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • You may be asked to share pictures or videos as proof.

    • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

  2. Wrong Item Received

    • If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it or issue a refund after verification.

  3. Return Eligibility

    • Only unused, unopened, and sealed products are eligible for refunds.

    • Opened perfumes, used cosmetics, or products without original packaging are non-refundable due to hygiene standards.

  4. Non-Refundable Items

    • Sale items, promotional offers, and clearance products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.


Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer or store credit.
